The Insight IVR Engine has the responsibility to manage the telephony interface card, ISDN signaling, voice playing, voice recording, dialing, call progress monitoring, call patching, call tearing, call transferring, Dual Tone Multi-frequency (DTMF) detection, DTMF generation, voice processing system setup, and voice application processing. The software can be provisioned to handle up to 600 calls concurrently.
